Mission Statements, Time and Type

While most people believe in the value of mission statements, only a tiny fraction have actually developed one. Type may be the reason. Missioning is about a person's way of managing time, and Jung believed that Sensing, Intuition, Feeling and Thinking each have a different kind of time emphasis. The key to is to design missioning activities around the different types' approach to time.

Dr. Marlowe Embree, psychology professor and consultant, is the creator of this ingenious theory and the guest editor of this issue.
