What Can You DO with Type?

There's a lot written about the kinds of problems your type is likely to have, but not much written about how to solve those problems. So The Type Reporter went looking to see if people were coming up with any solutions on their own. This is a lively issue filled with clever strategies for getting around the problems caused by the fact that you can't do everything well. Recommend it to the people (there are some in every group) who ask, "Well, type is great, but what can you DO with it?"

"Whenever I am in charge of meetings, I call frequent breaks so that people have a chance to access their Introverted side as well as their Extraverted side. And I try to make groups aware of their tendency in meetings to be drawing only upon their Extraverted side."
